Drag & Drop Content
Reorder Paragraphs, List Items, Resources and other Elements in your Content Items quickly and easily with Drag & Drop functionality.
Mouse-over Image Preview
On both the Resources page and the Image Gallery page you can now run your mouse over an image name for a pop-up preview.
New Image Galleries
There are now two ways to display your Image Galleries.
- Option 1: Lightbox style (example)
- Option 2: Slide show style (example)
There is now a thumbnail of each image in the gallery. Also, when you hover over the thumbnail a larger preview of the image appears.
Date Picker
No need to manually enter dates on your calendar items or content expirations. Simply click on the date field and a calendar will appear, allowing you to click on your desired dates.
Improved Enhanced Text Editor
Just like the old Enhanced Text Editor, the new one retains the word processor-like. But in addition to being more stable and easier to use, we've connected the font formatting choices to the styles available to you when adding new Paragraphs. Now the fonts will display in the editor as they will on your site! You can add Headings, Paragraphs, List Items, Tables, and Images. The Editor will produce clean, standards-compliant HTML code, allowing your site to load faster and be more search engine friendly!
New Design with Mobile Access
The new design of the administrative backend is sleeker and more modern looking. But we've also made it quicker and easier to navigate by rearranging some things and using a lot of white space to eliminate a cluttered feel. WSA 4.0 also has a "Fluid-Width" design, which is more compatible with mobile browsers, making it possible to update your website from a variety of devices, including smartphones and PDAs.
